About Us
Mobius Partners Ltd was established in 2012 and took on the trading name of Brighter Horizons Training and Development in 2018. Originally set up as a company whose aim was to support and develop management capability within the healthcare sector, it developed its services to encompass more of a training and education remit focus with the aim to additionally support and specialise in Early Years service delivery, successfully joining the Register of Apprenticeship Providers in 2019.
With roots in Early Years and Healthcare, we’ve spent over a decade delivering exceptional apprenticeships and training programmes that make a real difference. Our Directors bring first-hand experience as clinicians, senior healthcare leaders, nursery owners, and Ofsted inspectors — giving us unique insight into the challenges our learners and employers face, and the solutions that truly work.

With a strong team of highly skilled and experienced tutors and assessors, supported by specialists in Education, Data Management, Finance and HR, we are proud to have exceeded national apprenticeship pass rates and achieved outstanding Distinction results. But more than numbers, what drives us is seeing learners grow in confidence, competence, and ambition, while employers gain skilled, motivated teams ready to succeed.

From our base in West Sussex, we support learners and employers across England — in the workplace and online. Our reputation is built on strong, lasting relationships, tailored programmes, and a commitment to excellence that shines through everything we do. Underpinned by a strong Ofsted inspection rating and numerous testimonials evidencing how good it is to be a learner with us, we are looking forward to another fabulous academic year ahead with many more high quality programmes delivered with excellent outcomes.
